I think most girls think I’m attractive, but I’m a bad talker and introverted. I only have about 3 close friends and a ton of aquaintances. I’ve been single for a long time and would like to change that I think I would like an introverted gf, the extroverts tire me out quickly. Where can I meet them and what can I say to ask them out. I really don’t have much experience/social skills. What are some signals that a girl is introverted? How to approach them?

The long, character building way would probably get more friend first so you get used to social interaction, and do what feels right. Also you should date someone you like, and if you don’t like anyone now, make some friends with girls, and maybe you’ll come to like someone, and that will also help you become less introverted. As a Liberal, I would also suggest being open-minded about your sexuality. Although if you’re uncomfortable talking to girls you’re likely straight, or bisexual at the least. I hope that wasn’t awkward.
